Uh... the second #1 of Squirrel Girl of 2015. *sigh*.
The villain of the issue was Brain Drain, and he mentioned being frozen in the Canadian tundra.
I suspect it's a reference to his appearance in Alpha Flight. I've written them a letter, but #2 isn't out yet, so no response.
